Yes, AMARICON™ offers free shipping on all orders within the USA. We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so you can enjoy our products without worrying about extra shipping costs.

You have a 30-minute window after placing the order to make any changes. Please contact our customer support team immediately within this window if you need to update your address. After 30 minutes, we won’t be able to modify your order. You can reach us in the following ways:

  • WhatsApp support (Find the WhatsApp number at the bottom of the page in the footer menu)

Order Cancellation Policy:
We do not offer cancellations after placing an order. However, if you’ve placed an incorrect order and need a refund, please note:

  • Transaction fees (5% of your order value + $0.50 processing fee) will be deducted from your refund.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Refund Process:

  • We will issue your refund within 24 hours of the request.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If you don’t receive the refund after 10 days, please contact your bank directly.

Note:

  • Address corrections and refund requests must be made within the 30-minute window after placing your order. Beyond that, we won’t be able to assist with changes or cancellations.

At AMARICON, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered promptly. For most products, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and once shipped via USPS, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

We will provide you with tracking information via email once your order has shipped, and you can also track your order directly on our website under the Track My Order section.

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. However, please note that we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time due to logistical constraints.

We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to serve these areas — as well as international locations — in the near future.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us right away at support@amaricon.com or help@amaricon.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund. Our support team will guide you through the process, so don’t worry—we’re here to help!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
